By accessing, browsing, or placing an order through the Costellas Ltd website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

• Business Nature: Costellas Ltd operates as an importer and wholesaler of high-quality agricultural commodities and selected consumer goods. Our services are primarily offered on a business-to-business (B2B) basis, unless otherwise stated.
• Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to product availability and internal confirmation. For bulk or wholesale purchases, a formal Quotation or Proforma Invoice will be issued. Such documents must be reviewed, accepted, and duly signed before order processing and fulfillment can commence.
• Payment Terms: We accept payments through M-Pesa (Till or Paybill), EFT / Bank Transfers, and major Credit Cards. For large-scale import transactions, alternative payment arrangements such as Letters of Credit (L/C) may be negotiated subject to mutual agreement.
• Shipping & Delivery: Costellas Ltd facilitates delivery within Nairobi, Mombasa, and other locations across Kenya through approved logistics partners. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the risk of loss or damage to goods shall pass to the buyer upon delivery to the specified delivery location.
• Compliance & Standards: All products supplied by Costellas Ltd comply with applicable regulatory requirements and quality standards, including those set by the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) and the Agriculture and Food Authority (AFA), where applicable.

Costellas Ltd reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or placement of orders after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
